Rainbow Egg Chicks

Egg layer chicks from our flock, you’ll get a delightful mix bred for heat tolerance, heartiness, and a docile personality. These chickens will be straight-run and the hens will provide a rainbow of colored eggs from a gorgeous dark brown to blues and greens. The Roosters in our flock are Copper Marans, Barred Rock, Americana, and Silkie.

• Silver Lace Wyandotte
• Welsummer
• Americanas
• Rhode Island Reds
• Starlight Green Eggers

Our hens and roosters roam freely on our 5 acres, and are given a high-quality feed and access to plenty of hay forage and places to hunt bugs. This gives the chicks a health advantage you can’t find at any hatchery.

We do not give any vaccinations and are never fed any medicated feed. We are unable to ship chicks at this time and are only available for pick-up or you can ask about local delivery for a fee. 

Chick health policy:

We stand by our commitment to giving you chicks with a healthy start in life. If you notice any issues with your chick related to genetic deformity in the first 48 hours (such as a cross beak) we are happy to refund. We are unable to refund for any other reason or losses as we are a very small operation, thank you for understanding. NOTE:

Please only use brooder plate type heaters if the ambient temperature in the brooder area is at least 68 degrees or higher, otherwise this will be insufficient heating for the chicks health and can result in losses. A combination of plate heater and infrared is a great idea if the brooder area is large enough.
