Pasture-Raised Grass-Fed Lamb Shares

Our lambs are pasture-raised and grass-fed, with a completely grain-free diet supplemented with locally grown, pesticide-free hay.

The result is beautifully tender lamb with a full, rich lamb flavor that remains mild enough for more sensitive palates. If you’ve been hesitant to buy a whole lamb because you’re unsure about a strong or “gamey” flavor, ours is an excellent place to start.

Lamb is also a naturally nutrient-dense meat and a wonderful source of high-quality protein, iron, zinc, vitamin B12 and other essential nutrients.

Half & Whole Lamb Shares

Pre-purchase a half or whole lamb share and stock your freezer with locally raised meat, cut and packaged to your preferences.

Half Share: approximately 14–22 lbs of packaged meat
Whole Share: approximately 28–45 lbs of packaged meat

$15/lb of packaged meat

Your final total is based on the actual amount of meat you receive. (Processing cost is included.) We’ll provide the closest estimate possible ahead of time, but you only pay for the finished, packaged meat that comes home to you.

Preorder payments are non-refundable and will be credited toward the purchase of your reserved lamb share.

Choose Your Cuts

You’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred cuts and packaging options with the processor, so your share can be tailored to the way your family cooks and eats.

For your convenience, transportation to and from the processor is complimentary. We take care of delivering your lamb to the processor and bringing your finished meat back.

Once your lamb is ready, you can pick up directly from the farm or choose pickup at one of our participating market locations, making it easy to get your share in the way that works best for you.
